Located within the resort town of Luštica Bay, our proposed villa is nestled on the golf course with views across the Luštica Peninsula, overlooking the Adriatic Sea.

The compact yet open plan design makes it a serene retreat with all the perks of cosmopolitan life within Montenegro.

The layout is primarily of a linear nature orientated towards the view.  Robust natural stone-clad walls become feature elements throughout the design – both internally and externally.  These natural stone walls and terracotta clay roof tiles are a response to its more traditional context, whilst the combination of exposed concrete and expansive glass panes reflects a contemporary language.  Balcony planters are used to soften the exposed concrete elements and allow for a liminal transition to the natural landscape.
