The Bunkeya Villa Development is located in the Democratic Republic of Congo and comprises of 6 x 400m² ultra-modern freestanding homes. The developments span between two residential streets, and as a result has two entrances with two high-security guardhouses. The internal street was designed to be very private and solid, whereas the garden facades are completely open. The entire garden façade comprises of full-height glass sliding doors which open up to create seamless inside/outside entertainment spaces. The primary materials used in this development are glass, off-shutter concrete, and steel.
